UPDATE: TBI most wanted murder suspect in Kingsport accused of killing woman in weekend homicide

Police have identified the victim of a Saturday morning homicide in Kingsport.

Officers were called to a shooting at a home in the 500 block of Bays View Court, and found Amber Schwenk dead inside from an apparent gunshot wound.

Detectives determined Zachary Felton, 36, to be the suspect in the incident. He had left the scene prior to police arriving. Authorities say Felton and Schwenk knew each other and they believe this is an isolated incident.

Kingsport Police believe Felton has fled the state, and he has been added to the TBI’s most wanted list. Anyone with information on his location should call Kingsport Police or 1-800-TBI-FIND.
