Fugitive Wanted In Colorado, Apprehended After Routine Traffic Stop In Johnson City
Johnson City Police have in their custody, a Colorado fugitive from justice after arresting Charles A Kenyon of East Maple Street in Johnson City. Kenyon is wanted in Colorado for a parole violation. It was a routine traffic violation that caught the attention of police on Dyer Street and Mary Key Street as authorities observed Kenyon riding a motorcycle with no lights on. Kenyon is currently being held at the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center without bond and set for arraignment on Tuesday in General Sessions Court.
