One Of Two Tazewell County Shooting Suspects Not Cooperating With Extradition Process

From a story we told you about yesterday morning, two suspects who police say seriously wounded two people in Tazewell County earlier this month remain in jail in West Virginia…One suspect is scheduled for an extradition hearing to be returned back to Southwest Virginia… 34 year old Terry James Bandy refuses to cooperate with the extradition process. A Governor’s warrant will most likely be used to return Bandy to Tazewell County.Meanwhile, 29 year old Ashley Lynn Mayfield is scheduled for her extradition hearing Thursday. The two are accused of shooting two Tazewell County residents in the Baptist Valley area of the county on July 1st.
