JCPD announces retired K9 Rhino’s passing

The Johnson City Police Department announced the passing of retired K9, Rhino, earlier this week. Rhino was twelve and a half years old and served the Johnson City Police Department until 2018. JCPD reports Rhino passed due to complications related to old age and a life well-lived. The police department thanks Rhino for his years of service and says their hearts go out to his family.
