Dollywood to build $20 million residence facility for park employees

Dollywood officials announced they plan to build a 20 million dollar residence building for employees of the park. Dollywood has partnered with Holtz Builders Inc. to develop and manage this four-story facility. The building will house over 750 employees that range from seasonal workers to college interns. Standard rooms will include four residents with four beds, a private bathroom, and a large refrigerator. A common-living kitchen space, office area, and laundry facilities are included. Wi-Fi will be available throughout the building. Holtz will construct, maintain, and manage the new building. Construction on this facility is expected to be completed in May 2022.
