Johnson City Traffic Stop Leads To Felony Arrest

A Johnson City Felon is behind bars after being charged with Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon following a Johnson City Police Department routine traffic stop for an expired registration. Jeffery L. Miller of Hankal Road, Johnson City was also found to be driving on a revoked status. Miller also admitted to being in possession of drug paraphernalia and being a convicted felon. Miller is being held on bond, while a preliminary hearing is scheduled in Washington County Tennessee General Sessions Court.
