Johnson City Police Nab Convicted Felon Wanted On Assault, And Kidnapping Charges

Johnson City Police have nabbed a Gray, Tennessee man wanted on Felony charges of aggravated assault, and aggravated burglary . Officers responded to 1825 Lakeview Drive in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Police then encountered Joshua Fox. Fox was known to have outstanding warrants out of Johnson City. Following a search of a backpack, Fox had in his possession, officers discovered a handgun, along with fifty rounds of ammunition and zip ties. Fox is now additional charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a gun. Fox is being held in the Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center where he awaits a preliminary hearing in General Sessions Court.
