Petworks Animal Services hosting “Pawstock” adoption and pet vaccine event

Petworks of Kingsport is hosting a 60s-themed adoption and pet vaccination event called “Pawstock”. The center says people can come to this event and receive discounted pet vaccinations, or adopt a new furry friend. Along with numerous pet services, this event will have a kids zone for children to play, live music, and food vendors. Animal vaccines available at discounted rates include rabies, bordetella, and leukemia. Along with vaccines, micro chipping and nail-trimming will be available. This animal adoption and vaccination event takes place at Petworks in Kingsport on Saturday, Aug. 21, from 10 AM to 3. The vaccination clinic for pets will be from 1 to 3 PM only.
