ETSU Bluegrass, Old-Time, and Country Music Studies hosting free concert Sept. 7
East Tennessee State University’s Bluegrass, Old-Time, and Country Music Studies is hosting a free concert featuring their newest artist-in-residence, Brittany Haas. Haas and her band Hawktail are set to perform at ETSU’s Martin Center for the Arts next week. The artist-in-residence program at ETSU brings internationally acclaimed musicians to campus for a year. During their stay, these artists engage with the campus community through public seminars and live performances; while also working closely with students in a selection of courses. This concert is free and open to the public. Face coverings are required in compliance with ETSU’s COVID-19 policy. This concert happens in the Powell Recital Hall at ETSU’s Martin Center for the Arts on September 7th at 7 PM.
