ETSU participates in TN Voter Registration Tailgate event

Tennessee’s Division 1 Public Universities are hosting Voter Registration Tailgates in partnership with the Tennessee Secretary of State. These tailgates promote to college students how important and easy it is to register and vote. Tennessee Secretary of State, Tre Hargett, says, “These Voter Registration Tailgates are the perfect opportunity to show students and fans how easy it is to register to vote in Tennessee, so that they can make their voice heard on Election Day.” The Voter Registration Tailgates begin on the September 11th home games for ETSU, Tennessee Tech, and UT at Martin. More information on voter registration can be found at GoVoteTN.gov. Those going to ETSU’s football game this Saturday can stop by the Voter Registration Tailgate to learn more about voting in Tennessee.
