Washington County Tennessee Students Return
Tuesday marks the return for students to the classroom in Washington County, Tennessee after closing for an extended break due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the school system. It’s been ten days since school officials closed classroom across the county as nearly 15 hundred students were in quarantine. During the layoff, the school system’s custodial department has been conducting a deep cleaning in preparation for the return of students to the classroom. The school system used part of its snow days schedule while students were out.
