Man Now Charged With Kidnapping Bristol, Tennessee Teen

A man who Sullivan County authorities say took a 17 year old Bristol, Tennessee girl from her home, is now wanted on aggravated kidnapping charges. Police say 52 year old Richard Tester was seen leaving with 17 year old Grace Galliher from her Bristol, Tennessee home on Wednesday. Late Wednesday afternoon, the two were spotted in Marion Virginia after checking into a hotel there. But the pair have not been seen since. Tester is said to be driving a blue Chevrolet Trail Blazer with Tennessee Tags, B7107V.
