Two Local TVA Campgrounds To Close For Winter, Reservations Now Being Accepted For 2022

Following a year of high demand two, northeast Tennessee TVA Campgrounds are closing for the winter. Watauga, located near Elizabethton and Douglas TVA Campgrounds, located near Sevierville, will join six other TVA campgrounds across the Volunteer State that enjoyed a successful summer season. The campgrounds located on dam reservations were once again a popular social distancing destinations for the second summer effected by the COVID19 pandemic. Reservations for next year can now be made by visiting the TVA website.
