Two Police Agencies Finally Stop Felony Evading Arrest Suspect

A Johnson City man was scheduled for arraignment on Monday following an incident of Felony Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving and other charges. Officers with the JCPD were attempting to conduct a traffic stop on Lucas P. Bulla while he was driving his Black Honda Civic 84 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone. Bulla initially stopped for police, but quickly fled at a high rate of speed. Tennessee Highway Patrol Officers pursued Bulla into Carter County where THP arrested him near Weaver Hollow Road. Bulla is facing numerous charges by both police agencies.
