Mom Allegedly Pours Boiling Water On Child

A Greeneville woman, who admitted to using methamphetamine earlier in the day, is now accused of pouring boiling water on her child while she was bathing the toddler. 24 year old Ashley Dawn Randolph is charged with aggravated child neglect. Randolph stated she couldn’t get the water warm enough, so she boiled some water and poured it into the tub causing second degree murders to the child’s legs and feet. The child has been placed in the care of the Department of Children Services.
