DEQ Launches New Web Page Dealing With BRVA Landfill Stench Issues

As city officials in BristoL, Virginia continue exploring and trying methods to stop a nasty stench coming from the city’s landfill, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality is stepping in to assist with a new web page dealing with the stinky situation. The new page includes information on odor management plans, environmental reports and monitoring, and compliance issues. Both Bristol municipalities have a web page dedicated to the landfill controversy.
