Man Involved in March 2 Crash Dies

A 61-year-old Church Hill man has died following a crash that occurred on March 2. According to Kingsport police, Tony McIntuff passed away on Monday. Mcinturff was driving a Subaru Crosstrek in the early morning hours of March 2nd when a tractor-trailer driven by Sean Phipps failed to stop in time and rear-ended McInturff’s vehicle at a red light.
