Domestic Assault, Now Murder Suspect Refuses To Waive Extradition Back To Norton
A man being held in a Kentucky jail on unrelated charges and wanted in connection to the death of one of two Domestic Assault victims is refusing to waive extradition back to Norton Virginia. Sean Daniel Roberts is believed to have seriously injured an adult female and a child. Since then, one of those victims has died from injuries received in the assault. Roberts was arrested earlier this week in Kentucky on unrelated charges. A request for a transfer back to Norton will require the signature of Governor Glenn Youngkin and the approval of Kentucky’s Governor.
