VSP: Driver pronounced dead at the scene of Scott County crash
The Virginia State Police is investigating a single-vehicle crash that left one person dead.
The wreck occurred on May 4th on Sinking Creek Hwy outside Dungannon. The report said Lawrence Dean, 54, of Nickelsville was traveling eastbound when his car left the roadway and struck a tree.
Dean was pronounced dead at the scene.
