Kingsport Splash Pad open now

The Kingsport Splash Pad is now open for the summer. City officials say the splash pad is open daily from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM all season. The splash pad is a zero-depth play structure that features water jets, buckets, run-through loops, and more.

The water features are on a timer, and can be activated by touching a silver button on the wall between the restrooms. Children must be supervised at all times, as no lifeguard is on duty. The splash pad is free to the public and is located on MLK Jr. Drive in Kingsport.
