Lebanon High championship coach Doc Adams retires

Lebanon High School head baseball coach Charles ‘Doc’ Adams has announced his retirement following three decades of service in Russell County Schools.

Adams was a three-sport letterman as a student in the 1970s at Castlewood High and began his coaching career at Lebanon in 1986.

His 37-year career was highlighted last season when the Pioneers captured the VHSL Class 2 state title.
