Progress Being Made At Aerospace Park
Progress is being made with development and future construction on Tri Cities’ Airport’s Aerospace Park. A ten point six million dollar contract has been signed with Elizabethton based Summers-Taylor for construction of the 160 acre site. An October 4 groundbreaking is now scheduled to get the airport support facility off the ground. Aerospace Park, when complete will be a build- ready site for future maintenance, repair and overhaul work for the aviation industry at the Tri Cities Airport.
