Buchanan County Authorities Arrest Four On Various Drug Charges

Four people are arrested and Buchanan County Virginia Deputies seize guns, cash and various drugs after two separate drug raids on homes. 19 year old Briana Jean Layne of Kentucky, 48 year old Timothy Paul Salmons and 40 year old Frankie Everett Matney, both of Grundy were arrested after a search of a home in the one thousand block of Earl Stacey Road in Grundy. In a second raid at a home in the 83 hundred block of Comptom Mountain Road, deputies arrested 39 year old Derrick Allen Wimmer. All four were arrested on various drug charges and the investigation is ongoing
