Lebanon man sentenced to 7 years prison for meth charges
A Lebanon, Virginia man was sentenced to seven years in prison after a traffic stop led deputies to discover 50 grams of meth and an unlawful firearm. A report from the Russell County Commonwealth’s Attorney says Robert Austin Reno, 36, is charged with possession with intent to distribute.
The sentencing comes after police found 50 grams of meth in Reno’s possession during a traffic stop, along with scales and small baggies consistent with distribution. He received 10 years prison with 8 years suspended for the drug charges, and 5 years for the weapons charge—totaling seven years prison time.
