UWGK Announces One Point Six Million Dollars To 26 Local Agencies

Following a successful 2022 financial campaign, the United Way of Greater Kingsport announces an investment of one point six million dollars to 26 local agencies running 32 programs. More than 656 thousand dollars is dedicated to agencies and programs focused on helping children and youth succeed. Another 204 thousand dollars is allocated to agencies promoting self sufficiency and more than 730 thousand dollars will be used to fund programs focused on ensuring health, safety, stability and seniors.
