Southwest Virginia Family Suing Abortion Clinic

A Southwest Virginia family is suing a Bristol abortion clinic for a total of more than 15 million dollars for allegedly pressuring a 15 year old girl into having an abortion against her will and without parental consent. The suit claims a Department of Social Services employee pressured the girl who was living with her father at the time to have the abortion at three months, by a three pill method. The child’s parents are listed as plaintiffs along with the child. Bristol Women’s Health Clinic denies the allegations.
