TBI Charges Daniel Boone High School Student With Aggravated Assault And Other Charges

A member of the Daniel Boone High School Football team is charged with aggravated assault and other charges by the TBI and officials say more students are likely to face disciplinary action at the school level. TBI began looking into the allegations in November of last year at the request of the First Judicial District Attorney General Steve Finney and learned one team member inappropriately touched and assaulted two of his teammates. The teen, who was not identified, was served with court summons in February for Washington County Tennessee Juvenile Court.
