Searchers comb Holston River waterfront for missing individual
Waterfront property owners are encouraged to search those areas as a multi-agency force continues the search for a man believed drowned in the Holston River.
A report from the Kingsport Fire Department said the individual has been reported missing since Feb. 18 when they reportedly entered the waters of the river’s North Fork in Weber City, Virginia.
Previous searches using boats and drones with manpower have been hampered by continued rain and high river levels.
