Third Suspect In Custody In Connection To Valentine’s Day Shooting Death of Johnson City Man

Knoxville Police are reporting a third suspect is now in custody in connection to the Valentine’s Day shooting that left a Johnson City man dead. 19 year old Javari Jackson Allen, joins 20 year old Na’Kelin McAfee and 18 year old Iran Lyons arrested on multiple charges in the death of Rahelik Garcia of Johnson City. Police found Garcia in a neighborhood in Knoxville suffering from a gunshot wound. He was later pronounced dead at the scene.
