Johnson City Man Jailed After Cutting Victim During Domestic Dispute
A Johnson City man is jailed and scheduled for arraignment after he allegedly cut another individuals hand during a domestic dispute. Johnson City Police report, Derek D. Smiley allegedly cut the victim’s hand during an argument that took place at the Johnson Inn at 2700 W. Market Street. Smiley, was arrested at the scene and is charged with aggravated domestic assault and is being housed in the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center.
