Lebanon High teacher indicted and arrested
A Lebanon High School teacher is free on a secured bond after his indictment and arrest on two charges.
A report from Commonwealth’s Attorney Zach Stoots said Christopher Nicholas Conley was indicted for attempting to unlawfully photograph and indecent liberties while in a supervisory role.
The charges come after an investigation by local and state police with cooperation from the Russell County School Board. Stoots said he will have no further comment on the case.
