Washington County, Tennessee standoff with assault suspect ends when K9 deployed

A Jonesborough man is jailed after a standoff with police that ended when a K9 officer was released to detain the suspect.

Police had been looking for 40-year-old Keith Earl Davis prior to the stalemate after witnesses said Davis had threatened two people on AA Deakins Road with a knife during a domestic dispute.

Davis is charged with aggravated assault and evading arrest.
