Reports: Arrestee in Johnson City involved in homicides

A suspect in two homicide cases in Texas was taken into custody by officers with the TBI and the Johnson City Police Department.

The report from city officers said Michael Moses Dillon was arrested after he left his worksite just after 1 p.m. Monday.

Media reports say Dillon is charged with capital murder for a shooting at a motel in a suburb of Houston and is a person of interest in a homicide case in Pike County, Texas. He also had outstanding warrants in Johnson City from 2021. Dillon was also arrested in Jonesborough in 2016 for a parole violation out of Mississippi.
