Sullivan Central student faces discipline for verbal threat

Further punishment against a Sullivan Central Middle School student who made a threat will be determined by the District Attorney’s office.

The Sheriff’s Office report said other students overheard the threat and school administrators along with the location’s assigned Student Resource Officer began their investigation.

The statement also said there is no danger to students, staff members, or members of the community.
