Two jailed for drug violations after Interstate 26 traffic stop

Sullivan County officers, assisted by a K9 unit, collected drugs and cash during a traffic stop on Interstate 26.

Chad Blevins, 27, and Melinda Booker, 43, of Kingsport face numerous illegal narcotic charges after quantities of Fentanyl, oxycodone, meth, and Xanax were discovered.

More than $1,700 in cash was seized. The report said the drugs had a street value of $3800.
