South Carolina man jailed in Jonesborough on charge of imprisonment, violation of order

Washington County Tennessee investigators called the scene suspicious in Jonesborough.

It led to charges against Stevie Tolley, 54, of Goose Creek, SC, of violation of a protective order and false imprisonment.

Police found Tolley during a welfare check and after evaluating the scene, officers accused Tolley of fortifying an exit to the residence to prevent an escape. The person who filed for protection from Tolley was staying at the home.
