Victim tells officers Gray road rage incident lasted 15 minutes

A road rage suspect in Washington County says he was trying to prevent the other driver from crashing.

Police said the victim endured 15 minutes of blocking, tailgating, and attempts to run her off the road in Gray. Ethan Hunter Dillon, 29, of Kingsport, was charged with aggravated reckless driving and reckless endangerment for the incident on Old Gray Station Road.

The victim said she had to drive through the ditch to get around Dillon’s vehicle. He was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday and was issued a $10,000 bond.
