Pratt’s BBQ property in Kingsport listed for sale

The iconic Pratt’s Barbecue property on East Stone Drive in Kingsport is now up for sale. The nearly one acre property located on East Stone Drive was posted for sale earlier this week through the Addington Agency. The listed price is $1.75 million. The listing also says that Pratt’s business operations, its name, and any other intellectual property owned by Pratt’s are expressly excluded from the sale. Pratt’s restaurant remains open.
