Man arrested for Kidnapping and assault

A man accused of holding a woman against her will in Washington County, Tennessee, for more than 30 days has been charged. 26-year-old, Johnny Ray McNabb Jr., of Seymour, is charged with kidnapping and aggravated assault. A Blount County Memorial Hospital patient reported being held against her will for more than 30 days in a camper in the 100 block of Kenneth Foster Road. At the time the report was made, McNabb was already in the Washington County Detention Center on various warrants, including failure to appear in a felony case. The new charges increased his bond amount to $27,500.
