Scheme Six Approved By Washington County School Board

There is some more movement on a renovation plan for Jonesborough’s middle and elementary schools. Earlier this week, the Washington County, Tennessee School Board voted on a proposal known as Scheme Six. The plan calls for the renovation and addition at Jonesborough Middle and keeping the elementary school intact. The plan now goes to several committees for discussion and if approved could be passed along to County Commissioners for a full vote by the end of November.
