Police: Woman’s car intentionally rammed in Johnson City parking lot
A woman told Johnson City officers she was inside her car when a Blountville man intentionally hit her vehicle and pushed it into a utility pole.
A city report said Rusty Harrison, 43, faces aggravated assault and vandalism charges following the incident at 3019 Peoples Street.
The victim told investigators Harrison had been following her prior to the domestic incident. Officers said Harrison left the scene prior to their arrival and was taken into custody a short time later.
