Bristol TN: No on street parking for paving work in Fairmount area

A heads up for motorists and residents in the Fairmount area of Bristol, Tennessee. Bristol Tennessee leaders say several streets in the Fairmount area will soon be seeing improvements. Work is now underway to resurface streets in the that community. The work is expected to take roughly a month. This comes after completion of the nearby East Cedar Street project, with many of the roads used for detours and the excess traffic has caused the need to resurface. Residents should be aware that on-street parking will not be permitted on streets as they are being resurfaced, and some street closures may be necessary.
