3 injured in Kingsport crash

Kingsport Police report that three people were seriously injured after a head-on collision on W Stone Drive Friday afternoon. officers responded to W Stone Drive near Teasel Drive around 2:50 p.m. Investigators reportedly found that a Nissan Rogue was heading east on the road at the same time that a Chevrolet Silverado was heading west. The Chevrolet veered to the left and caused a head-on collision with the Nissan. Both drivers and a passenger in the Nissan were transported from the scene with serious injuries. Police say that charges were pending in the crash investigation.
