TBI says search for child abuse material on social media lands Johnson City man in jail

A report from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a Johnson City man was receiving child sexual abuse material including photos and videos from multiple parts of the US online using the social media platform Discord.
State officers including members of the Internet Crimes Against Children task force began tracking Jacob Isaiah Haun, 20, last month after police in Newport, New Hampshire, told TBI agents of illicit images being sent to Haun from a minor living in their state.
The report says Haun may have received similar material from other victims. Haun was taken into custody Thursday and officially charged with one count of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor and solicitation of a minor by electronic means.
