Malfunction At Russell County Water Plant Forces Residents To Conserve Water

Residents in Cleveland, Virginia in Russell County are being asked to conserve water this morning after a malfunction at the southwest Virginia town’s water plant. A pump at the plant has gone offline and the county Emergency Management Agency director says residents should be conserving water as much as possible, at least for the next several days until the pump is repaired, which is expected to be complete by November 7th.
