Washington County, Tennessee Schools Operating On “Shelter In Place” Protocol After Threatening Message Discovered
The Washington County, Tennessee School System is operating on a “Shelter In Place” protocol till further notice after authorities discovered a threatening message sent by an electronic device, indicating a shooting would occur at an unspecified school and was directed at no one specific. A text message was sent out this morning explaining to parents the shelter in place protocol, which basically means students will not be allowed outside of any school buildings within the systems campus.
