TBI Arrest Man Wanted For Raping Sixteen Month Old Boy

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a man wanted for the rape of a sixteen month old boy has been arrested. 38 year old Simon Porter was placed on the TBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted List last week. Porter of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee was arrested Sunday in Scottsboro, Alabama
