Johnson City Man Arrested After Making Threats With Large Knife

RA Johnson City police have arrested a man after he threatens another man with a large knife. The incident took place Monday, when police say 31 year old Michael Mann threatened the victim with the knife at a gas station on North Broadway. The victim was able to make it safely back inside his car as police arrived. Man is charged with aggravated assault.
