Wanted Inmate Captured In Kingsport…Girlfriend Arrested For Harboring Fugitive

Jonathan Pearson, one of six Washington County Tennessee Jail inmates recently indicted in connection with the death of fellow inmate Joseph Lockner , has been located and arrested in Kingsport. Lockner died last month after an altercation at the county holding facility. He was found unresponsive in a jail bathroom. The six individuals were recently indicted, but Pearson was released from jail before the indictments were handed down and had been on the lamb until his capture on Monday. His girlfriend, Candise Marie Stout has been arrested for harboring the fugitive.
