Hawkins Man Jailed On Drug Charges Again After Second Traffic Stop

A Hawkins County man who was free on a 120 thousand dollar bond for a previous traffic stop that resulted in methamphetamine and gun charges is back in jail again following yet another traffic stop. 37 year old Bobby Lee Barker is charged with cocaine possession after eventually being stopped for speeding following a short pursuit. Upon checking the vehicle deputies discovered a baggy containing what is thought to be cocaine along with drug paraphernalia. 37 year old Rebecca Leigh Barker, a passenger was also arrested during the stop. Bobby Lee Barker has a February 13 court date.
